Public Notice of 2010 Regular Meetings of the Middle Smithfield Township Board of Supervisors-meetings will be held on the following dates:
The BOS will also hold regular work sessions Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday morning at 9:00am as needed throughout 2010. Any person with a disability requiring a special accommodation to attend any Township meeting should notify the secretary at 570 223-8920 as early as possible, but no later than three working days prior to the meeting. The Board will make every effort to provide a reasonable accommodation. The November 12, 2009 Big Ridge/Toll Brothers Settlement Agreement with Middle Smithfield Township can be found here. Middle Smithfield Township is a Township of the
Second Class. The Township
is governed by a three member board of elected supervisors. The Supervisors each
serve a six year term. The terms are staggered on 2 year intervals, thus
allowing for Board continuity. The Board of Supervisors meets regularly
once a month. Please call the township

regular meeting times.
