The Library of the Smithfields, in Echo Lake Park on Route 209, in Middle Smithfield Township, shares the new facility, built from 2019-2021, with the Middle Smithfield Township Community and Cultural Center!

We are a branch of The Eastern Monroe Public Library which consists of the main library in Stroudsburg, (known as the Hughes Library), the Bookmobile, and  the Pocono Township Library on Route 611 in Tannersville.
